Experience - Fresher
Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 Per month

ï‚· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and ERP,
ï‚· Good analytical and presentation skills,

ï‚· Effective verbal and written communication skills
ï‚· Self-motivated and ability to work independently,
ï‚· Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
ï‚· Proactive attitude and high integrity,
Must have been a consistent employee in the previous organizations
ï‚· Visiting vendors for their evaluation, quality checks, negotiation, etc.
ï‚· Convene weekly/ fortnightly meetings with reporting in charge and concerned stakeholders to review
projects so that work can be planned accordingly,
ï‚· Evaluate existing vendors and development of new vendors as and when required,
ï‚· Visiting vendors€™ premises (Pan-India) at least once every year,
ï‚· Preparing purchase orders,
ï‚· Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to expedite delivery and resolve material quality-related issues,
ï‚· Analyze vendor quotes and select material from suppliers based on price, quality, and other factors as
per the procedure,
ï‚· Conducting vendor appraisals,
ï‚· Ensuring the team has collected ESIC and PF-related records of all vendors (registration number etc.),
ï‚· Making sure that the team has all test certificates in place,
ï‚· Any other work assigned by immediate senior or management from time to time.
ï‚· Systematic data maintenance and internal office coordination.
ï‚· Inventory Management.
